What a pleasure to do this underwater photo shoot with Annabelle! We had chosen the waters of the lagoon of western Reunion Island, at the beach of Trou d’Eau. This area is perfect for aquatic photography as the waters are deep enough to be able to swim easily.
Annabelle is used to taking pictures since she was the runner-up of Miss Reunion recently. But it was the very first time underwater!
I was impressed by her ease underwater! A real mermaid! Despite the fact that the water is salty, she managed to open her eyes by looking at my objective! Her attitude reveals her experience as a model, she gave me graceful and gentle poses.
After a little less than an hour and a dozen poses, we didn’t want to get out of the water at all! We both had a great time together.
